Systems for Evaluating
the Environmental Impact of Mobile Telecommunications
Networks
EMICOM can arrange for analysis of the electromagnetic
impact according to the criteria established by the
Regional Environment Protection Agencies (ARPA) throughout
Italy and can provide the necessary maps, measurement
points, estimates of expected field levels, photographs,
boundary areas and so on.
More specifically,
EMICOM can offer:
horizontal
and vertical field maps at different heights
calculations
including all the SRBs present in the area through representation
with field maps
packages
integrated with GIS systems for monitoring large-scale
areas
three-dimensional
analysis of the survey areas including boundaries
films
of the areas of interest including boundaries and near-field
calculation.
EMICOM can manage analysis of the electromagnetic field
levels, both estimated and measured, over vast areas
of the territory in order to check the state-of-the-art
of levels of exposure within municipal, provincial and
special areas.
To do so, EMICOM uses tools that employ digital mapping
management instruments and make it possible to check
the expected situation through various databases and
to run instrumental checks within the areas involved.
