In 2006, Elettromontaggi overhauled its image and decided to change its name to Emicom. The new name and new logo reflect not only the corporate management's desire for renewal, but also the growth and diversification - always the key to the Emicom-Elettromontaggi success - the company has seen since its founding in 1992. The phase of expansion into foreign markets that started in years past has been strengthened, both in terms of activities for fixed and mobile telephony, and in the aerospace, security and broadband sectors.
